Technique of the model experiment

The main points of the experiment on the model are a parameter variation during the modelling process, a saving of the modelling results, a saving of the parameter values and initial conditions with a replay possibility of the modelling process.

Each model experiment is being executed according to the following approximate algorithm.

   Algorithm Text algorithm
1. Modelling of an initial condition
Step 1. Start of experiment
Step 2. Choice of monitoring parameters
Step 3. Start of modelling
Step 4. Saving of preliminary results
2. Modelling of an abnormal condition
Step 5. Change of parameters
Step 6. Saving of results
Step 7. End of experiment

¹ Step User's actions
1. Start of experiment Open new modelling page. Parameters values of the new model match to a condition "default".
2. Choice of monitoring parameters On the opened modelling page choose a page inset "Monitoring" , customize a list of observable curves, their parameters reflection and an interval of a reflected time period. If you need to watch "slow curves", choose a page inset "Info" and customize the list of the observable curves and their parameters reflection. If you need to watch a CU (close-up)of the curves, click on - "Zoom curve " on the main panel of the modelling window.
3. Start of modelling Begin the modelling process by a click on - "Start modelling". After the setting of a periodical mode you can stop the modelling process by a click on - "Stop modelling" .
4. Saving of preliminary results If it is necessary, save the initial model by a click on - "Save model". If it is necessary, save it into a file and print images of the model curves. You can make saving procedures either during the modelling process, or after its temporary stop (the button - "Stop modelling") .
5. Change of parameters

Choose a page inset "Parameters" on the modelling page. Set new finite values to necessary parameters and the time of their change from the initial value to the finite one. By default the time of the change is determined as 0, i.e. the parameter changes instantly, if the modelling process is not defined, or in the restart moment (if the process was stopped). For the setting of a new value click on a button - "Apply new parameters". The procedure of the parameters change should be taken after the process stop for synchronizing their changes. Try not to stop the modelling process, if you want to change only one parameter. After the parameters change process restart the modelling process (if it was stopped) by a click on - "Continue modelling".

6. Saving of results After the parameters change look at the aspiration process to a new periodical status. If it is necessary, save the model by a click on - "Save model". If it is necessary, save it into a file and print images of the model curves. You can make saving procedures either during the modelling process, or after its temporary stop (the button - "Stop modelling"). If it is necessary to change parameters once more "go" to the step 5, otherwise continue modelling and end the experiment.
7. End of experiment To end the experiment click on - "Close modelling page"
