Body mass
Notation in mathematical model
m

The parameter is an important dimensional characteristic describing blood circulation system. All dimensional characteristics, for example, total blood volume, dimensional heart and vascular characteristics, depend on body mass. The parameter change leads to the range recalculation of practically all model parameters.

Field of determining the parameters of the model, in which all parameters have physiological meaning depends on body mass of the organism through allometric laws. Allometric laws are defined by a parity (72). This equation in the model used in the formula allometric scaling to the values of the parameters

(73)

through the average value of normal body mass m0, taken equal to 70 kg, and the experimentally established average normal value for ai0.
