The parameter is included in mathematical description of integrator of formal neuron in the cardiac center as a weighting factor:

The parameter characterizes the dependence of nervous control actions from the value of oxygen debt (weariness factor). It is one of the indexes, that characterizes the organism functional(training) status. For less parameter value there is a less dependence of heartbeat frequency from the level of organism oxygen starvation, i. e. more tolerance to the exercise stress.

The parameter value appreciably influences on the main hemodynamic characteristicså. The dependence of this parameter is being traced during the modelling of functional pathologic conditions, caused by hyper- or hypoactivity of vegetative nervous system. The increase of the parameter is one of the ways for modelling of organism tolerance to the exercise stress under some functional disorders, such as neurocirculatory dystonia.
