Neurohumoral control model

The mathematical model of hypothetic neurohumoral factor γ forming is considered, this factor is a numerical expression of total control effect of nervous and hormonal factors on all subsystems of the modelling blood circulation system.

We assume the hypothesis of cardiac center as a control system, that forms (with the help of receptor signals) the output value of neurohumoral factor, as a basis of our mathematical model of neurohumoral factor forming. Receptors react to the values of different internal organism factors and to the external effects and send signals to the cardiac center. Such systems are scrutinized in neuron netwoks (NN) theory [13]. Our model of receptor system and cardiac center is based on this theory.

Neurohumoral control model is in turn based on a principle of two-ply neuron network. In our model receptors play the role of formal top-layer neurons . The second layer consists of one formal neuron - cardiac center. Its input signals are output signals of receptors. The output value of neurohumoral factor is transmitted through the only axon of formal second-layer neuron.

Models of formal neurons are given further:

The value of neurohumoral factor, formed in neurohumoral control contours, is the external control for other model contours. This factor is included in the formula (15) for calculation of cardiac cycle duration:

The formula allows to interpret neurohumoral factor as a value, proportional to heartbeat frequency:

Neurohumoral factor in the vascular mode assists in different differences: conductivity, elasticity, stressless volumes (24), (25), (28), (29), (34), (39), (44), (46).
