Capillary systemic model

Systemic capillaries in our model are not a separate compartment. Capillary blood volume is a part of venous systemic compartment (VL). According to (10) capillary blood flow Q=FALVL is determined by linear dependence on the difference between arterial systemic pressure PAL and venous systemic pressure PVL:

The conductivity of this section of vascular model is evaluated with the equation:

(44)

The member A4DO2 in the equation (44) mathematically evaluates a hypothesis about positive dependence of capillary conductivity from the level of oxygen deficiency. The member A3γ evaluates a vasoconstriction under the increase of neurohumoral input, that leads to the increase of peripheral resistance.
