The parameter is included in mathematical description of integrator of formal neuron in the cardiac center as a weighting factor of the signal value of stress receptors nA :

The parameter characterizes the dependence of nervous control actions from the value of receptor stress signal. The value appreciably influences on the main hemodynamic characteristics. The dependence of this parameter is being traced during the modelling of functional pathologic conditions, caused by hyper- or hypoactivity of vegetative nervous system. The increase of the parameter value leads to the increase of heartbeat and arterial pressure. The decrease of the parameter value leads to the adverse effect. The decrease of the parameter value is one of the ways for modelling of pathologic condition β-blockers drug action.
