April 2020. The cross-platform software application "Physiological Avatar 3.0" was implemented and presented in the application stores of the main software platforms. The free application implements the basic technologies of mathematical modeling of physiological systems for widespread use in everyday activities.

ANNOTATION
.
The work is devoted to theoretical substantiation programmatically - a technical product that combines the latest achievements in the field of mathematical computer modeling, sports physiology and medicine. The paper presents an overview of the theoretical foundations and practical solutions of the latest software and technical developments in the field of training process control in cyclic sports. A new integrated approach to planning the training process is proposed, which combines the well-known training impulse technology and the method of modeling the individual physiological properties of the athlete's body based on the physiological avatar technology.

Introducing a software application for Windows 10 Universal Apps Platform and Angroid Platform that implements simulation and training management technologies for cyclic sports based on the technology of Physiological avatar .

     
 

December 2016. The reports "Toolkit for a kayak and canoe trainer. Practical aspect" and "On the development of software tools for a kayak and canoe trainer based on physiological avatar technology" were presented at the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference on Sports science in children and youth sports and sports of the highest achievements. The reports took place on 30.11.2016 and 02.12.2016 at Center for Sports Innovative Technologies and National Teams of Moskomsport . A prototype virtual laboratory of sports and medical physiology is presented on our site.
To demonstrate the capabilities of the technology, several physiological avatars are presented - virtual models of specific patients. Avatars are obtained by identifying the parameters of a mathematical model by measurements. Demonstrated the application of physiological avatar technology to determine the individual lactate threshold and VO2 max in athletes in cyclic sports and fitness, in particular in rowing, kayaking and canoeing, rowing on boats "Dragon", cross-country skiing, running, swimming, cycling .

ANNOTATION . Based on the mathematical model of the system blood circulation, a mathematical model of lactate metabolism in the human body has been built. The problem is posed to identify the parameters of lactate metabolism by measurements. A method, algorithm and software for solving the identification problem have been developed. Practical applications in sports medicine and the training process are considered, in particular, in the study of the phenomenon of the anaerobic threshold. New methods for assessing the level of an individual anaerobic threshold and maximum oxygen consumption in athletes have been proposed.

ANNOTATION . statement of the problem of parametric identification by measurements on periodic movement. A method is proposed for its numerical solution on based on a random global search algorithm. The software implementation of the identification procedure in the form of parallel computing processes on symmetric multiprocessor computer systems and in a distributed computing environment. Practical applications are considered on the example of factor analysis causes of arterial hypertension, as well as applications in medicine and sports, including non-invasive level control hemoglobin of blood and some types of doping.

  A new version of the system for modeling and identification of blood circulation in real time is presented, in which access to the Web-laboratory for modeling and identification of the blood circulation system is opened. The main functions of the system are now available to all users without going through the registration procedure.
