Identification

The identification problem is formulated as a problem of the best (optimal) model building inside the current models class of the blood circulation system on basis of the measurements which have been taken in live ability conditions of a real human organism.

Observations can be very different. For example, it is possible to take pulse rate measurements, arterial and venous pressure, arteriovenous oxygen difference and other curves reflecting a time change of the basic variables in mathematical description of the blood circulation system.

Theoretical bases of identification, with reference to working mathematical model of system of blood circulation, and also diverse practical applications are stated in our publication [25].
